Thomas is a seasoned banking professional with over 23 years of experience, currently serving as the Operating Partner at Zab Capital Holdings. With a distinguished career trajectory, Thomas has held executive and leadership roles at esteemed institutions including UBS, MUFG Bank of Tokyo, and Brown Brothers Harriman. He brings a wealth of expertise in strategic decision-making, financial management, and client relations. In addition to his banking career, Thomas plays an active role in the business community, serving on the Board of Directors for Mobilium Technology and the Board of Trustees for The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology. He also contributes as a limited partner in Captiva Development, showcasing his versatility and commitment to diverse ventures. Dr. John is a distinguished advisor for medical and biotechnology sectors at Zab Capital Holdings, leveraging over 15 years of experience as the owner of a thriving family and cosmetic dental practice in Westchester County. Alongside his dental practice, he serves as an educator at the Montefiore Medical Center and has shared his expertise through lectures across Kuwait, Qatar, and the UAE. Dr. Castanaro is also an adept private investor with a diversified portfolio spanning real estate, fine art, digital assets, and traditional financial securities. His commitment to community welfare is evident through his roles on the Board of Education for the Yonkers Public School System and the Board of Directors for the Arc of Westchester, where he supports individuals with developmental disabilities. Richard brings over 40 years of global experience from his tenure at ECC, where he served in progressively senior roles including Vice President for more than two decades. Mr. Ebel’s expertise includes managing multi- billion-dollar programs across challenging geopolitical environments, notably in Iraq and Afghanistan, and structuring export credit financing through institutions such as the U.S. EXIM Bank and the DFC. His leadership consistently bridged governmental, private sector, and regional stakeholders into unified project visions that advanced both U.S. exports and local capacity.

The Honourable Michael T. Flynn

Senior Geopolitical Advisor

General Michael Flynn, former National Security Advisor to President Donald J. Trump, is a decorated military intelligence expert. He is actively engaged in U.S. geopolitical strategy, particularly through initiatives supported by the Republican National Party. Rick Clay

Strategic Operations Executive

Rick brings over 35 years of experience in civil/military infrastructure and defence operations. Appointed by President George W. Bush, he served as Senior Deputy Adviser overseeing the Iraqi Ministry of Housing and Construction during reconstruction efforts. His portfolio included over $1.6 billion in projects and leadership of 180,000 employees. Rick’s career bridges federal project management, military facility engineering, and cutting-edge technologies such as UAVs, USVs, and satellite systems. He holds a B.S. in Political Science from Marshall University and served with distinction in the U.S. Marine Corps and the West Virginia Army Reserve.
