He oversees the operations of U.S. capital markets and leads the AI investment strategy at the firm, leveraging his previous experience in advising companies on capital structure optimization, business development, and capital placement in order to deliver bespoke allocations and investment solutions to clients and investors alike worldwide. Vemir’s chief responsibilities at Zab Capital Holdings include credit analysis, deal structuring, and client relationship management, also orchestrating team management, documentation, and process optimization to advance the firm’s long-term priorities. Prior to joining the firm, Vemir held leadership roles at various companies and startups managing sales teams, building out new technical product offerings, and improving business presence through strategic positioning and key relationship-building.
